Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Singapore Minister for Education will be Guest-of-Honour.

Accreditation/Recognition System for Asia Pacific for Quality Improvement - Thursday 4 August morning - A Vice Chancellor, an Assistant President and a Dean from three major SE Asian universities will examine the importance and practicalities of establishing regional criteria that will enable their graduates to compete globally on a level playing field.
