THE CANADIAN EDUCATION ALLIANCE (CEA) INTRODUCTION The Canadian Education Alliance (CEA) was established in Vancouver, Canada as a non-profit organization by leading Canadian educators January 1, 1996. Its purpose is to promote both individual and group study at top Canadian education institutions throughout Japan and the Asia Pacific region.
