Temple University, Japan Campus (TUJ) is the oldest and largest foreign university in Japan. TUJ was established in 1982 and offers an extensive array of degree and nondegree programs designed to meet the educational needs and the schedules of the members of Japan’s foreign community. All courses are taught in English and adhere to the same high standards as at Temple University in Philadelphia.

The Undergraduate Program, offering ten majors, is accredited by the Middle States Association of Education. Students can do their entire B.A. course of study at TUJ or can transfer to the main campus or to other North American universities.

The MBA Program is designed to enhance the careers of working professionals by developing their strategic planning and leadership skills. Delivered over two years of Saturday classes, the courses are taught by highly experienced U.S. professors.

The Master of Education Program, offered in Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka, provides training in the practical techniques of teaching English as a second or foreign language and explores the theory behind those techniques. A doctoral program is also offered in Tokyo and Osaka.
