Location
|
 Doncaster has been chosen by the UK Government as "Education City." The Government has donated £100
million to Doncaster College to build a state of the art city centre campus which is now under construction
and will open to students in September 2006. The College is currently situated on 3 campuses, two in the city
centre and one, where the student halls of residence are, 6 miles outside the city centre. A College bus
service operates every half hour free of charge for students between the campuses.
Doncaster is in South Yorkshire and is only 1 hour 35 minutes by train from London. It is a safe,
friendly, northern town and the halls of residence are situated on a beautiful campus with 24 hour
reception/security and wardens in all of the halls of residence.
An International Airport is now open in Doncaster itself, otherwise the nearest airports are Birmingham and Manchester.
At the moment we meet full-time international students free of charge at Manchester Airport.

Doncaster College as a government funded institution is inspected regularly and has always achieve above average inspection reports.
The Business School has achieved 22 points out of 24 in their most recent quality inspection and Doncaster College is a COVE –
