Georgian College is a community college funded by the province of Ontario and offers over 50
undergraduate and 13 graduate programs in disciplines such as Technology, Health, Arts, Business,
Automotive, and Tourism. Please find the complete program list at

Classes at the college are smaller than those at larger universities. First-year classes average just 25 students.
Classes are student-centred, combining a theory-based curriculum with practical training. Students become well-rounded
graduates with both knowledge and practical work experience.

north of Toronto in Ontario Canada. Enjoy the beaches, parks, ski hills and golf courses, shopping malls, restaurants
and movie theatres! Georgian College is open 24 hours with computer labs, large gym and fitness centre, sport”Ēs teams,
restaurant, bar, cafeteria, book and computer store. Georgian College has nearly 1000 rooms in dormitories that enables
students to live and study on campus. The city of Barrie and Georgian provide a safe, friendly and caring environment

Georgian offers two and three year diplomas programs that can lead to degrees and graduate diplomas.
Twenty-five programs at Georgian currently have coop requirements. Students alternate academic semesters
with paid work terms that directly relate to their area of study. Coop terms are normally four months
in length. In addition, the college has transfer agreements with dozens of universities in Canada, the
USA and Europe, allowing students to complete their diploma at Georgian before moving onto a university
where an undergraduate bachelor”Ēs degree can be obtained in one or two additional years.
