 At Happy Days we believe in the importance of providing 'holistic' education in order to develop
the 'whole' child. Fundamental to our philosophy is the importance of a developmentally appropriate
curriculum which focuses on all aspects of learning; physical, emotional, social, linguistic, aesthetic
and cognitive development.
Our teachers are all early childhood specialists with a commitment to providing the best possible education
for the children in their care. Providing a safe, loving and secure environment where your child can have
fun while they learn, is our goal. Our maximum student to teacher ratio is 6:1 to ensure that your child
receives the attention that they need.

Weekly Schedules |

 Happy Days offers a 2, 3 or 5 day program. School hours are from 8.30am to 2.30pm.
Daycare facilities are available after school until 7pm. Please see the school website at

Kittens |
|
Our 18 month olds through to our 3 years olds join our Kittens Class. For many children this
will be the first experience of time spent away from their primary care giver so it is a priority
that school is an enjoyable experience. Much learning can be achieved through play and educational
activities and this is the focus for the Kittens class. We work closely with, and support parents at
this time, as your child takes their first steps towards independence.

Panthers |
|
Our 3 to 4 year olds join our Panthers Class. This class is the next step after the Kittens and involves a more formal structure to the day whilst, at the same time, encouraging children to explore ideas and concepts through inquiry and investigation. Our aim is to encourage children to open their minds and use creative methods to solve problems and seek solutions.

Tigers |
|
Our 4 to 5 year olds join our Tigers Class. This is the last year before children
join full time school and here we lay the final foundations in preparation for this big step.
At Happy Days we provide children with the basic skills that will give them the head start and
confidence to make this a smooth transition. The weekly timetable covers all aspects of the
curriculum from literacy, numeracy and science to physical exercise, knowledge and understanding
of the world and the creative arts.
