UN-HABITAT
Habitat JAM
Date: December 1-3, 2005
A global 72-hour internet event, the Habitat JAM will be held from
December 1-3, 2005, as part of the preparations for the third session
of the World Urban Forum, which will be held in Vancouver, Canada in
June 2006. During the JAM, people from all walks of life will
contribute their ideas and expertise, pioneering a new form of global
problem-solving on urgent and controversial issues facing a rapidly
urbanizing planet. Within the JAM session, seven unique subject forums
will be active with debate.

USC International Public Policy and Management Program (IPPAM)
IPPAM Information Session
Date: December 10, 2005, 1:00 to 2:30
Venue: The Princeton Review of Japan
This is a seminar that introduces the International Public Policy and
Management Program(IPPAM) at the University of Southern California.
In the IPPAM program, students can obtain a master's degree in Public
Policy and Management program in 13 months. The class is made up
of 40 students who are mainly Asian. The subfields include public
policy, health care, city planning, communication, educational policy,
and nonprofit management. The director of IPPAM will attend the seminar
and introduce the program.
