- Canadian International School - Summer School

Have a fun and productive summer! Once again, the Canadian International
School is offering an opportunity to experience the Canadian education
system first hand. The program will be based on a curriculum developed by
the school covering English (of course!), computer art, field trips and
other activities led by native English-speaking instructors. Participants
will have the chance to learn correct English pronunciation and usage
while at the same time having loads of fun! Each participant will receive

Montessori English Language Summer Workshop
Date: July 26-30, 2004
Time: 9:00AM to 5:00PM (Lunch break from 12:00 to 1:00)
Venue: Rainbow International Montessori School, Hiroo, Tokyo
This seminar will be presented by Marlene Barron, who is the director of both the American Montessori Society and the International Association for Montessori Education, and also a professor at New York University. Dr. Barron has been involved in starting Montessori programs in
many countries, including England, China, and Korea. For those of you
interested in learning a different approach to teaching English (teachers at
international preschools or schools planning to introduce an English language curriculum, or individuals who teach English to preschoolers),
you won’t want to miss this opportunity!
